Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry in roles as a contractor, client and consultant.  Andrew has held a wide range of positions in large and small public and private companies. Andrew advises at all levels of industry about strategic and operational matters including project procurement options, statutory approvals strategies, project risk mitigation and strategies for successful project delivery.

Johan O’Brien
Chief Operating Officer

Johan holds a comprehensive understanding of the development pipeline. He is accomplished in leading due diligence investigations, feasibility studies and property acquisition activity for clients including Healius (Primary Health Care), Southern Cross Care, Transpacific Cleanaway, Mounties Group, McCall Gardens, and Southern Cross College.

Mark Blizard
Group Executive

Mark has over 34 years of construction industry experience that has been acquired through roles from Site Clerk through to Project Manager on construction sites and from Divisional Manager through to Business Development Director within the corporate structure of construction companies. A broad experience base has evolved from projects ranging in type across both public and privately funded arenas and in value up to $360M. These projects include education, hospitality, retail, public utilities, health, banking, and government buildings.

Ryan Mooney
Group Executive

Ryan oversees several project teams in the health, education and retirement sectors. Ryan possesses strong skills in the development management area, having worked with Healius (Primary Health Care) in secondment positions as a Program Manager and Acting Head of Development. Ryan oversees the provision of Development Management services including feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, and acquisition plans. Ryan has a proven track record of delivering landmark projects on time and budget.

Danae Bain
Associate

Danaë’s industry sector experience includes Health, Retail, Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Infrastructure projects (ranging from $1M to $70M in value) for both Government and Private Sector Clients. Danaë previously worked in Architectural practices within South Africa for 5 years and in Australia for over 5 years. Danaë has an eye for detail, is enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving quality project outcomes for her Clients. Danaë has a complement of skills to manage projects from initial briefing through construction to completion. Her design and technical experience provides the necessary skills to interpret and deliver client requirements, whilst drawing on her design background to inform practical project solutions.

Todd Ewart
Associate

In his extensive background as a Structural Engineer, Todd has led multi-discipline project teams through all stages of the project lifecycle. He has been involved from the concept design stages through to the detailed design, construction and project handover. His success has been recognised by clients which has allowed him to build and maintain important relationships to secure future projects. Todd’s broad experience within the property and construction industry has given him an invaluable skill set that benefits our clients in the successful delivery of complex projects.

Jordan Graham
Senior Project Manager

Jordan is a highly driven, committed, and detail-orientated professional, holding over 7 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has successfully managed the delivery of several complex projects in the education, retirement living and healthcare sectors. His notable health sector achievements include the end-to-end delivery of a $10M medical and nuclear imaging centre in Port Macquarie for Healius, from a due-diligence and property acquisition stage, through to completion of construction. Jordan has also managed the tender and construction phases of a $6M IVF Clinic and Day Surgery within an operating medical centre, for Healius, in Western Australia. Both projects required in-depth understanding and management of complex healthcare compliance frameworks.

Ryan Aitken
Project Manager

Ryan has managed a variety of projects across the health and commercial sectors. His experience in the construction industry has provided insight and knowhow to establish and deliver projects on time, within budget and in a safe and high-quality environment. Ryan appreciates the importance of developing and sustaining a unified project team across the entirety of a project. As a result, Ryan always prioritises effective communication strategies to promote team synergies. One of Ryan’s greatest accomplishments is his contribution to the successful roll-out of various HCF Dental Centres across Australia. The technical nature and speed of these projects has taught Ryan the importance of planning and preparation to help eliminate potential oversights and delays.
